Linda provides group classes,(including one for men only) one-to-one sessions and workshops.Classes currently running in Harrold, Olney, Grendon and Cranfield University. Group classes include asanas, vinyasas, pranayama and relaxation in an atmosphere of fun and encouragement. Modifications and extensions to postures enable client groups of mixed ability to work at their own level and develop their yoga at an appropriate pace.
