I am a 500-hour Certified and Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, teaching Hatha/Vinyasa style Yoga for group or private classes in or near Morristown, NJ (in my studio or your home). I design my classes based on the student's level, needs, limitations and comfort. During my classes your body will be challenged and your mind will feel relaxed. I teach traditional Vinyasa/Hatha Yoga to a variety of ages and skill levels. Additionally, I teach Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Kids, Therapeutic Yoga, Yoga to Improve Fertility, Prenatal Yoga and Postnatal Yoga, Power Yoga, Hot Yoga, and Yoga for those (adults and children) suffering from Depression, Anxiety or Addiction. I fell in love with Yoga when I realized after taking Yoga classes not only did my body feel stronger, but I felt relaxed and as though my stress, even if temporarily, went away. I was so amazed by the positive changes in my mind and body that I wanted to share the experience with others through teaching. I received my 200 and 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certifications from Yoga Sutra for Life, lead by my Guru, Ranjitha Sandeep. In addition to teaching Yoga, I run a marketing business (Little Big Mouth Marketing) and I greatly enjoy volunteering for the local guide dog organization for the blind (The Seeing Eye).
