I am a Licensed Psychotherapist and Certified LifeForce Yoga Practitioner. I have specialized training and experience in LifeForce Yoga®, applied behavior analysis, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness. I use a combination of talk therapy and yoga therapy techniques in my sessions. I enjoy working with people who present with depression, dysthymia, anxiety, low self-esteem, eating disorders and body image issues. I lead yoga therapy groups and individual yoga therapy sessions focusing on specific breathing exercises (pranayama), postures (asana) and other therapy techniques to help regulate mood. I teach clients how to use the body to calm the mind and balance their mood. Anyone can practice yoga, no experience or flexibility is required to start. Do what you can with what you have, where you are now, without judgment. Acceptance is the heart of yoga, and the key to creating positive change
