Certified Intermediate Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Level 3. Beginner and mixed level classes, 5 days a week. Therapy sessions 2 X a week. The Studio is located at 209 W. Houghton St., just off Galisteo St., a 20-minute walk or a few minutes drive from the downtown Plaza. The studio is fully equipped with all props, blankets and mats. Drop-ins welcome at $20. per class. Special series prices for 5 or more classes. Beginner/mixed level classes on Sunday at 9:30AM and Tues. at 5:30PM. Mixed level/Intermediate classes on Mon., Wed. and Friday at 9:00AM. All classes are 1-1/2 hours except Wed. which is 2 hours. 1-1/4 hour Therapy classes on Mon. and Fri. at 12:15.
