Elinor runs pregnancy yoga classes in Rickmansworth for all ladies from 16 weeks to full term. Classes are friendly and informative. They contain lots of relaxation, breathing for the birth and safe and gentle yoga postures (no experience required). Elinor trained in Hatha yoga with Zen Master Daizan Roshi and her style incorporates physical practice with breathing techniques, mediation and deep relaxation. Elinor is registered with Yoga Alliance UK and has trained in prenatal yoga with Jane Mackarness.
