Through a vessel of different traditions of yoga, i continue to give shape to my understanding of movement. Yoga in stillness and in motion. Yoga as inquiry and for healing, yoga as exploration and questioning, yoga as observation and reflection. I have been teaching for over two decades, using yoga to prepare for birth and motherhood, dru yoga, restorative yoga and yoga for healing.
