The School of Outdoor Skills at Wild Alabama offers a yoga for health opportunity for the residents of Lawrence County and the surronding area. Our Kripalu certfied yoga teacher, Barbara Maples, currently offers a Tuesday class at 6:30 pm. Barbara is the Director of the Yoga Center at HealthSource in Decatur (also listed in YogaFinder.com).
