My approach to Yoga is based on Hatha Yoga the way it is taught at the Yoga Institute in Mumbai. It consists of rather slow dynamic positions combined with a rhythm of breathing. These positions are not achieved in a forceful manner but rather aim at being aware of the body and caring for the body, and having a balanced state of mind.
