Come in for a calorie-free Happy Hour Buzz! Happy Hour Yogis flow through an hour long class every Friday from 6-7PM. We will warm up the body for the first half of class with flowing movements that are synced to the breath. The second half will be longer held poses. There may be a little bit of sweat but you'll leave feeling relaxed and ready to enjoy the weekend.
