I received my 200 hour certification from Peachtree Yoga Center in Atlanta. My teaching style is a combination of the Iyengar and Vinyasa style. With heavy emphasis on breath awareness and proper alignment. I am a certified, registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, as well as a certified prenatal yoga instructor. I have taught yoga for kids, prenatal, restorative, senior, yoga for athletes and gentle yoga. My heart lies with gentle yoga and my teaching reflects that.
