Currently offering 22 weekly classes, ranging from Basics/Beginner/Gentle, to All Levels, and Intermediate. Teachers have training/skills in mutiple methodologies, including Kripalu style, Classical Hatha Yoga, Svaroopa Yoga, and Vinyasa Yoga. The Center also sponsors a 200 and Advanced 500 hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher training program.
