The flagship program of Yoga for the Arts, Yoga for Musicians was founded in 2011 by flutist-turned-yogi Nicole Newman, and designed specifically with the unique needs of professional musicians in mind. Yoga for Musicians is a thoughtful program proven to enrich the lives of artists in and around New York City, as well as help them recover from current injuries and avoid future repetitive strain.
