Our cozy new (September 2011) studio in Norwich is fabulous: warm and serene. And extremely easy access: Directly off exit 82 from route 395, with ample parking. My teaching practice began in 1996, when I received my Kripalu Yoga Teacher Certificate. We offer: Group classes; one to one yoga therapy, Senior classes at Rose City Senior Center; Prenatal classes at the studio and at L&M Hospital in New London; workshops for Yoga Tune Up®, Restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra, Partner yoga, Ayurveda, yoga Sutras study, meditation and more. The many tools of Yoga are adaptable for ANYONE with the desire and interest. We also offer individual consultations to develop a personal practice, and create workshops for schools (staff or students) and businesses. Yoga can generate *full spectrum* growth and healing.
