Our classes will introduce you to moving with breath while increasing flexibility and strength. The class will focus on proper alignment, stretching and basic foundation yoga postures. Attention to proper breathing and mindfulness skills will also enable students to develop more holistic methods to handle stress. No yoa experience necessary.
