I invite you to visit my studio. I am Knan Lee, M.Ed.,E-RYT-500 a yoga teacher recognized by Yoga Alliance and a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. I am also a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer capable of prescribing an individualized fitness program to meet your specific health issues. I have practiced and taught Yoga since the '70's! (Time flies:) As an equestrian, I am especially cognizant of the unique needs of riders. I practice Hatha Yoga in a Vinyasa style. I gear my teaching to the needs and level of my student(s). I bring beginners into a safe practice assisting them in building a yoga practice that meets their level of fitness and mobility, which I challenge appropriately as the student progresses. I follow the same philosophy in instructing my intermediate students; meeting them where their level of yoga practice is and challenging their skills as appropriate. Currently yoga classes are available at my Wind Horse Yoga Studio on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30am and 12:30 am and by appointment. Namaste'
