acharya pranava sanyasi, originally form mauritius, practicing yoga since 15 year, as been graduated master in yoga at the sivananda yoga ashram at neyyar dam india. since 3 years i am teaching yoga in athlone area the teaching is based on the five point, proper exercise, proper breathing, proper relaxation, proper diet and positive thinking and meditation.
