H-OM offers a 200hr & 300hr Yoga Teacher Training both approved by Yoga Alliance

Heleen began practicing yoga in 1999 and became a certified yoga teacher in 2002. She has taught for more than 3000 hours and taken over 200 hours of continuing education courses. In 2007 Heleen founded H~OM Yoga Wellness Center which in 2010 became a Registered Yoga School where she continues to share her passion for yoga through her 200hr YTT program.

H-OM also hosts a 300YTT (by Leeann Carey MISTY 2011 faculty member) which Heleen is taking certifying her as a 500RYT by mid 2013.

This mother of four is also a regular contributor of inspirational articles to a local paper. Aspiring not just to practice and teach yoga, but to live it as well. Heleen believes that her personal path is “To Touch as Many People in as Positive a way as Possible”.
