Vale de Moses is a intimate meditative yoga retreat on an old terraced valley farm in the mountains of central Portugal below the village of Amieira, and also home to the Winter family and their providently named dog, Moses. Retreats include a range of massage and acupuncture treatments with delicious home cooked food grown from their gardens or sourced locally.
