We offer classes for beginners to advanced, Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Teacher Continuing Education (with Yoga Alliance CEUs). Laura has been teaching for 20 years with over 10,000 hours of class experience. Ron teaches Tai Chi Chuan classes with 30 years of teaching experience. Private, Corporate, and group classes are available. Classes are fun and insightful.
