We are a Wellness Center that understands the individual by treating the cause, not only the symptom. We offer many different types of yoga classes such as; Yoga Sadhana, Yin/Yang Yoga, Hot Yoga, Restorative, Yoga for Beginners, Prenatal Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Community Yoga (donation based), Vinyasa Yoga and Tai Chi and Qigong! We also offer 200 hour and 500 hour Yoga Alliance certified Teacher Training. In addition to Yoga, we offer treatments such as; Acupuncture, Massage, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Reiki, Cupping, Ear Candeling and more!
