A warm and welcoming rough cut pine studio and candle lit classes are waiting for you to lay down your mat emerging true self through practices. All instructors certified through Shiva Rea, Baron Baptiste, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Allianace approved 200, 300, or 500 hour training. Explore fun, all levels classes; Yin, Restorative, Prana, Gentle, Hatha for brand new beginners to advanced students.
