Hatha yoga classes in Warwickshire incorporating creative vinyasa flows with strengthening static work. Also available for one to one sessions and small groups. Regular evening classes at Alveston Malt House, Mondays 6.30-8p.m. and Thursdays 6.30-7.45p.m. at Alcester Methodist Church Hall. Daytime class at The Greig, Alcester Wednesdays 9.30 a.m. Very welcoming and friendly classes taught by ex professional dancer and British Wheel of Yoga trained teacher.
