Anahata is a Yoga & Ayurvedic center.The Yoga teached there comes from Sathyananda school in Kathmandhu, by Valy. The practices are more or less dynamic according to the needs and feelings of the moments, only in small groups (max 6 pers.)or individually.There is also Yogatherapy courses, pregnancy yoga, yoga for kids, BabYoga... The ayurvedic therapy given here comes also from India (Kerala & Pondicherry)It can be only for wellness massages, as well as for therapy from 3 days to 21 curatives days. Also for Baby, pregnant mothers, specific needs.... The center is located in the Northen Alps, So you can easily come for Yoga & ayurveda combined with walking, biking, skiing, swimming in the lac Leman... on a marvelous view on the Mont Blanc...
