Yvette offers private yoga classes for individuals or groups to pre/postnatal women. Classes can be in the privacy of your own home, or outside in fresh air (beach or park). Learn techniques to strengthen your body during pregnancy while preparing yourself emotionally for childbirth. We will use yoga exercises, meditation and visualization.
