Breathe Hot Yoga is south Calgary's premier hot yoga studio. Owner/Studio Director Suzie Allan discovered her passion for yoga in 1999 (regularly practicing both heated and non-heated.) She knew almost immediately it would become a major part of her life. Finally, after over 20 years in the corporate world and with the help of her husband and the guidance and advice of a few very special people, her dream has come true and she is so excited to share her love of yoga with all of you!
