Michelle has been practicing yoga since 1994, and incorporating teaching yoga into various programs since 2002. She became an Integrative Yoga Therapist and Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher in March 2012, and a Certified Trauma Sensitive Yoga Teacher in May 2012, with a mission of bringing the healing tools of yoga to under-served populations. Trained in Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Chair, Therapeutics, Overcoming Anxiety, Stress Relief, Modifications, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, iRest, and Vinyasa; Michelle is a Yoga Warriors International Certified Instructor, as well as a Warriors at Ease and iRest Yoga Nidra trained instructor teaching classes, clinics, and private sessions in San Antonio and Austin, TX.
