I am registered with yoga alliance as a Ryt. I am working towards my IAYT yoga therapist certification. I enjoy teaching level 1 and 2 yoga classes as well as kids yoga. I am offering private simi private or group yoga classes. I also offer private therapy sessions. Using yoga asana's to treat a variety of ailments to include Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Fibromaylagia, and headaches to name a few.
