Eric Larson (200hr RYT) teaches vinyasa for all levels, gentle restorative and absolute beginner classes and workshops. His intelligent hands on adjustments guide the newcomer into safe and correct alignment and the more experienced yogi into advanced asana. He is currently working to complete his 500hr RYT training with Sarah Coleman. Eric was introduced to yoga after a serious back injury nearly ended his dancing career.
