Yoga Living has been providing quality Hatha Yoga instruction for over 12 years to both adults and children of all ages and abilities. Along with providing an exceptional service to members of the general public, the corporate sector and eductional schools and centres, Yoga Living has a specialised children's division, Angel Yoga 4 Kids, which provides school-based programs, Kids Yoga Teacher Training and School holiday workshops. Creative classes to special interests and needs are also an area of expertise of Yoga Living. Included in the speciality classes are workshops in health, stress and emotional management; chakra balancing; communications and lifestyle improvement.
