We invite you to come and experience the newest most addictive and effective form of Yoga. Our school is the 2nd school in Thailand and the 4th in the world that offers Original Balance Ball yoga classes from certified instructor. Atma Jnana Yoga is a small studio designed not to impress with its decoration or style but with the quality and results of the classes offered. The teachers that you will find (resident or guests) are highly experienced and the greatest quality they have is the ability to inspire students to evolve, working with them and adapting to their needs. Our focus is to keep everyone safe and healthy so we always make sure that no one goes beyond their body’s limits. For Balance Ball Yoga classes the floor and walls are covered with material that prevents injuries if someone loses balance. Atma Jnana Yoga is located between Chaweng and Lamai on the IT center you will find us easily. We have a parking area outside the studio and would love to meet and talk to each and every one of you who took the time to visit our studio.
