Bodies Yoga is the name I have given to my Yoga business based in Ilkley in West Yorkshire, UK. I am fortunate that in recent years I have been able to pursue my passion for yoga and in particular, the form of yoga that I love, Dru Yoga. I am offering twice weekly classes in Ilkley together with personal tuition for those wanting something more. The classes are held at the Baptist Church, Kings Road, Ilkley Mondays 5.45pm – 7.15pm and 7.30pm – 9pm The classes are planned to provide a wide and varied experience of Dru Yoga. Over time you will be able to improve your fitness, physical and mental wellbeing and enjoy reduced levels of stress. Everyone is welcome.
