New Ashtanga yoga class starting Sunday 3rd June 2010 in the dance studio at the Sports Centre at Roundwood School AL5 3AE from 9.30-10.30am. Drop-in fee:10.00. This class is for those with some prior yoga experience. It is a dynamic class based on the Ashtanga Primary Series. A beginners Astanga class is planned to start at the same venue from September 2012. Plans to launch a Yin class are also in motion for September 2012. April has been teaching yoga since 1996. She holds yoga teaching certifications from Mount Madonna Center in California and Triyoga in London and has a PhD in Dance.
