It’s not about perfection; it’s about connection! In both practicing and teaching yoga, I’ve found that the most valuable thing you can do for yourself is realize that yoga isn’t about being super flexible and doing crazy arm balances (as fun as they may be)– yoga is about bringing things together. It brings together mind and body; breath and movement; spirit and world. If you’re feeling a connection of some sort, then you are doing yoga! That being said, it’s not going to be easy! Whether for beginners or seasoned yogis, my power vinyasa class will get you moving, breathing, and sweating to help facilitate that connection. Are you preparing for a big event? Trying to lose weight with a friend/partner? Working with a recent or chronic injury? When working privately, I customize our class to suit your needs and get you the results you are looking for.
