Alicia has over 10 years of teaching experience ranging from chair yoga and restorative to intermediate vinyasa flow style classes. Her therapeutic classes are designed to meet the individual where they are and create wellness programs to improve quality and comfort of life. Her vinyasa classes can help improve fitness and overall well-being. Private one-on-one yoga therapy sessions benefit those suffering from a variety of issues such as lower back pain, postural and structural problems, migraines, autoimmune disorders, anxiety, insomnia and depression. Therapeutic yoga also helps with stress reduction and relaxation and recovery from injury and illness, as well as helping people to cope with chronic conditions. Alicia offers classes/sessions at her location or yours. The International Association of Yoga Therapists has recently released their definition of yoga therapy as "the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the philosophy and practice of yoga."
