WYC is known for its authentic teachings, senior instructors, and personal quality classes. The Center has a joyful atmosphere of community and seeks empowerment, goodness and transformation for all. It has been a haven for yoga practitioners for over 35 years. WYC offers a full schedule of Anusara Yoga classes for all levels including introductory basics class, restorative yoga, pre-natal, fertility and other specialty classes. All WYC classes conclude with a meditation. The 2008 WYC calendar includes Meditation courses, Chanting programs, monthly Meditation gatherings, seasonal Retreats, Immersions and a 200 hour Anusara Teacher Training.
