Aloha Yoga Shala is a Yoga Alliance authorized Registered Yoga School,and an affiliate school of Integrative Yoga Therapy. We offer month long Yoga Teacher Trainings for those who want to teach Yoga as a healing modality. Instruction and practice in Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Practical Anatomy/Physiology, Therapeutic Alignment Principles, Hands-on and Verbal Adjustments, and the Art of Teaching. The curriculum emphasizes instructing yoga with a focus on health and wellness to the general population as well as instructing yoga to those with specific therapeutic needs.
