Sarah teaches Yin, Yang, Viniyoga and Children's Yoga at various studios in London. She is available for one to one, group, corporate, workshop and course sessions. Sarah trained and continues to train under the British Wheel of Yoga. Her credits include 60hrs Foundation course with Tara Fraser and 500hrs Yoga Teacher Training with Sadhana Mala. Sarah has also completed a 200hrs Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Paul and Suzee Grilley under Yoga Alliance. She continues studying with the Grilleys around the globe. As well as a Yoga teacher, Sarah is a Movement & Acting coach and offers classes to both professional and non professional clients; actors, dancers, singers, performers, directors, students, and to anyone who may be interested in movement & acting coaching and indeed YOGA.
