We are committed to the practice and instruction of yoga and offer many styles and classes that are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. We offer a wonderful serene space and a warm relaxed atmosphere. Our approach is that we want to be yoga friendly and for yoga to be accessible for everyone to experience, while promoting all components of holistic health and wellness from the inside out. We offer an array of classes each day and evening and well as private sessions.
