Derek and Angela Kendrick now with over 42 years combined Yoga experience,established OYS with a clear mission of helping the community improve mental and physical well being by providing a positive example of a healthy lifestyle. Both have travelled the world over 20 years – learning, practicing and experiencing Yoga with some of Yoga’s most respected gurus. The OYS provides a soothing, oasis-like environment in which to learn and practice Yoga. Join us for regularly scheduled Yoga Classes or Special Events like visiting Guru(teachers) and Seminars. 200 and 500 Hour programs are brought to you by Orleans Yoga Shala Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance.
