I run gentle and dynamic hatha yoga classes in Buntingford. My aim is to create a relaxed, lighthearted and friendly environment for your yoga practice. My gentle classes invite you to take some time to relax your precious body and mind. The dynamic classes are comprised of flowing sequences to strengthen the body accompanied by relaxatio...n intended to soothe you after your dynamic practice.
