Mountain Yoga is designed with the pragmatist in mind. It presents yoga in a way that makes sense to the western way of thinking. We in the west like tangible concepts, so to talk about touchy feely things gets a little, shall we say, “too touchy”. So, I’ve come up with the idea to let everyone in on the skinny of yogic philosophy without the forceful dogma. You have the option of taking away what makes sense to you and leaving behind what doesn’t.
