Gentle, and gentle to moderate, small group and private classes. Dori believes that yoga is for everybody, regardless of age or flexibility. You are guided to be present and aware of your body, use a flowing breath, and gently warm up. Postures are modified to meet individual needs. You will experience how Kripalu Yoga can bring you to an awareness of not only your body but also your mind and your breath. Dori enjoys helping people discover that they can enjoy yoga and can relax, stretch their bodies, and calm their minds. In addition to mat classes, Dori teaches chair yoga. Dori will travel to your home, as well as to residential facilities, the workplace, and other settings.
