At Become Yoga we offer the community an energetic yoga practice that awakens the mind, body and spirit. We teach Power Yoga steeped in the Baptiste tradition, as well as Basics and youth programs. We won't make you bend like a pretzel, instead we blend the methods of Astanga, Iyengar and Bikram for a practice thats fun, challenging and uplifting. We also offer programs that enable you to grow on and off of the mat. Our team of extraordinary instructors are committed to sharing powerfully, opening you to new pathways in your practice and life.
