Y.E.S. uses its proven & successful self-esteem outline to offer a 3 hour yoga workshop, packed full of yoga, strategic postures, self-esteem activities, stress relief tactics, positive thinking, health & wellness products and FUN! Appropriate for girls ages 10-15 Workshops are led by a certified Y.E.S. Workshop Leaders in a safe and nurturing atmosphere and includes our exclusive Y.E.S.
