We offer yoga classes in a range of styles suitable for all from beginners to advanced students, from restorative yoga to dynamic practice and from pregnancy to postnatal classes and workshops. Jivamukti yoga is an upbeat vinyasa practice incorporating yogic philosophy, spiritual activism and chanting,emphasising the goal of yoga as liberation. We are also home to Sadhana Kitchen (our raw, vegan, organic cafe).
