The main focus for all of our classes is to embrace the therapeutic component of yoga. Yoga can have a rejuvenating effect on all systems of the body including the circulatory, digestive, glandular, musculoskeletal, nervous, reproductive and respiratory systems. More specifically, Yoga can be used successfully with conditions such as addictions, back problems, chronic pain, digestion, insomnia, poor circulation, mood disorders and weight loss — just to name a few. Yoga is a great way to re-balance your physical, emotional and spiritual body as you establish healthy self-care strategies. We offer everything from gentle yoga with an Iyengar focus to Hot Yoga with an emphasis on quieting the mind.
