We are mobile yoga teachers . We offer classes in Fonthill and St. Catharines . We provide 2 teachers per class and welcome people of all abilities regardless of disability. Our chair program is geared towards anyone with balance , flexibility or health concerns. Our Hatha program is a step up from gentle yoga and includes relaxation and breathing techniques, postures and meditation to end the class.
