Individual classes for all needs as well as groups in Denia and Javea. Also for people with healthproblems (therapeutic yoga)and complete beginners. "Yoga for runners" and business-yoga. I qualified as a yoga-teacher in the tradition of Vini-Yoga (4-years teacher-training of more than 600hrs.) At the moment I am training to qualify as a yogatherapeut. I teach in english, german and spanish.
