Ananda Yoga Studio is the first yoga studio to be opened in China by the internationally-recognized yoga group, YogaWorks. Through 30 years of yoga instruction, American-based YogaWorks has developed a refined yoga curriculum that has since become the world standard among yoga instructors. Dong Dong, the head instructor, has formed a team composed of world famous yoga instructors to lead lessons at Ananda. Ananda’s instructors will teach yoga philosophy, positions, anatomy, and teaching techniques, with ambitions to become the most authoritative yoga curriculum in China. “Ananda” means bliss and it was the favorite pupil of a yoga master.
