I am a graduate of the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center, Advanced Studies Program, founded by Swami Vishnudevananda. I have over 1,000 certified hours. All levels are welcome; beginning, intermediate, advanced. I teach asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation (relaxation from sensory stimulus, attention, insight). "Hatha Yoga" shows the way to health of body and a restful mind.
